Management of the Integral Management System

Vicomtech (www.vicomtech.org) is a private Applied Research Centre specialised in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing and Interaction located in Donostia-San Sebastian and Bilbao and with a strong national presence in the application of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies in multiple sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specialised in Computer Graphics (https://graphicsvision.ai/).
We are looking for a person to join under the Governance Directorate, in coordination and integrated within the policy of the Vicomtech Research Centre, who will be responsible for the integral management system of the centre.
Main functions:
- Responsible for the integrated management system comprising different certifications (ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, UNE 16602 and Bikain).
- Responsible for Vicomtech's ERP including improvements, changes, updates and new implementations.
- Responsible for the integrated management system committee
- Monitoring of the regulations applicable to the system.
- Promote and disseminate the organisation's objectives, policies, culture, code of conduct and values.
- Continuous improvement of the integrated management system in coordination with those responsible for each of the processes.
- Detect and implement new technological or management opportunities that apply to the integral management system.
Candidates must have:
- Degree or similar with specialised courses or master's degree in the field (quality, R&D&I management, safety systems).
- 10 years of professional experience in certifications and/or certification audits in research environments or similar.
- Capacity for transversality, to be able to manage teams with different specialisations at the same time.
- Communication skills, empathy and emotional intelligence
- Resolutive and executive capacity to be able to implement and maintain the certifications in the centre.
- Fluency in Spanish, with knowledge of Basque and English an asset.
