Vicomtech (www.vicomtech.org) is a private Applied Research Centre specialised in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing and Interaction located in Donostia-San Sebastian and Bilbao and with a strong national presence in the application of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies in multiple sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specialised in Computer Graphics (https://graphicsvision.ai/).
We are looking for a person with full-stack development experience for an innovative multiplatform application at Vicomtech. If you have experience in web/mobile frontend and backend programming, you may be able to join our Speech and Natural Language Technologies team.
Candidates must have:
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in web and mobile application development, frontend and backend.
- Programming: Angular, React, Flutter, Python, FastAPI, CSS and HTML. Relational or non-relational databases (Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, ...).
- Docker packaging and deployment.
- Languages: Medium-high level of Basque preferably. High level of Spanish.
We value candidates:
- Important to have worked close to the product, be versatile, proactive, eager to learn new technologies and used to working autonomously and in a team.
- Ability to liaise directly with the research teams in consultancy work and support in the definition and execution of the developments in each of the phases of the projects.
- Knowledge of the best practices of backends, frontends and APIs.
- Ability to maintain services under Linux.
- Knowledge of Golang, DevOps, Android, iOS and Continuous Integration.
