Vicomtech-IK4 will work together with Telefónica I+D within the CENIT programme

The VISIÓN project, in which Vicomtech-IK4 will be working together with Telefónica I+D, as well as with other national members of the TIC sector, has been approved at the CENIT Programme call. This project is characterized by its great dimension and the wide technical and scientific reach, which will strengthen the co-operation between Vicomtech-IK4 and the private companies participating in the project. This project will develop a new generation of Video Communication system, using augmented reality and tracking technologies, that will allow communication between people separated by long distances perceive the feeling they are physically together at the same place.
