The competition, which brought together 75 participants distributed in 21 teams to respond to the challenge “Towards intelligent mobility: The challenge of Data and Technology”, has awarded one of the 3 prizes to this team for its creativity and vision in proposing sustainable mobility solutions, with a real impact on society.

The Vicomtech team has stood out its proposal for a Connected and Sustainable Intermodal Urban Logistics Hub, an innovative solution for urban logistics that integrates a multimodal transport system. Their idea addresses the challenge of delivering goods in cities, combining electric vans and cargo bikes, and optimizing distribution using advanced algorithms to reduce environmental impact and improve the efficiency of the logistics process.

This recognition highlights the talent and work of the team formed by the three researchers and Vicomtech's commitment to innovation and its ability to transform ideas into realities that improve people's lives.
