Abstract
CPS systems are being recognized as key enablers for the implementation of the Industrie 4.0 or Industrial Internet initiatives in real world manufacturing companies. In this paper we introduce an architecture and some selected scenarios of application extracted from the CPS4PSS project, an initiative developed in the Basque Country aiming towards the usability of CPS from the perspective of services in their after-marketing stage. Our research is extracted from this on-going initiative that involves several research centres and universities whose goal is to provide ground on the industrial application and implementation of CPS in real world scenarios.
