Abstract

Many of the implementation guidelines and network planning tools of DVB-H rely on the existence of an Single Frequency Network (SFN) gain due to the co-existence of several rays within the guard interval. This presents three experiments performed in some field trials which results lead to some conclusions that are not aligned with the existence of the SFN gain.
