We are looking for a person to join under the Governance Directorate, in coordination and integrated within the policy of the Vicomtech Research Centre, who will be responsible for people management including internal and external communication.

Main functions:

• Responsible for people management taking into account all its processes (careers, performance, personnel administration, training, compensation, etc) within Vicomtech policies (People CMM and HRS4R).
• Responsible for Vicomtech's internal and external communication, with the procedures and tools associated with the process.
• People management and communication monitoring.
• Promote and disseminate the objectives, policies, culture, code of conduct and values of the organisation in coordination with the Integrated Management System.
• Continuous improvement of processes in the areas relevant to the position.
• Detect and implement new technological or management opportunities in the relevant matters.
