A new social platform has been developed for mobiles joining Geolocation and Augmented Reality Techniques

The company The Movie Virtual and the Applied Research Centre Vicomtech-IK4 are taking part in the “CRUMBS, Follow the crumbs to re-build your mobile social world” European project. The objective of the project is the creation of a geolocalized social information platform that capture personalized contents of the places and reinterpret them with Augmented Reality technology. A mobile application compatible with de Adroid devices has been created. It allows users generate and share those contents and the interest points (crumbs). Moreover the applications have added value services to access to personalized content recommendations and navigation systems based on Augmented Reality.
