Vicomtech Technology Centre welcomes the Basque Delegation and shows them its most advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies
During a tour of its facilities and laboratories, the centre was able to show the Lehendakari the most advanced digital Artificial Intelligence solutions for different sectors and areas of application.

Vicomtech welcomes the Lehendakari, accompanied by the Minster for Economic Development, Sustainability and the Environment; the Vice-minister of Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, and the Director of Technology and Innovation of the Basque Government at its facilities in the Science and Technology Park of Gipuzkoa in Donostia / San Sebastián.
The visit was made with a aim to show the Basque executive the centre's technological advances in Artificial Intelligence Digital Solutions in areas such as Cooperative and Autonomous Connected Mobility, and in Speech Technologies and Natural Language Processing, among others.
The Lehendakari was able to see Vicomtech's facilities and laboratories at first hand, as well as having the opportunity to talk to some of the centre's researchers, who showed him some of their current projects.
The tour ended with a few brief words from the Lehendakari to the Vicomtech team, "you saw in Artificial Intelligence a great opportunity to continue improving and progressing", he commented, "and today you are transferring this knowledge to our industrial fabric, transferring these digital solutions to our companies, universities and centres of reference", affirming in a few words that "you create value for society".
