Aim of the Project

The project aims to estimate the impact of the diagnosis of a disease on the production/processing of a second disease. For this purpose, a graphical visualisation has been proposed, which combines statistical analysis to estimate the impact of all trajectories of the group of people selected for the research and a graph visualisation for proper visualisation. The approach summarises the whole group in several graphs, and thus, the clinician can analyse the selected individuals, sort according to impact and interact with the interactive graph for further analysis.

 

Role of Vicomtech

Vicomtech has participated in the project by providing mathematical expertise and using data mining techniques to assess the impact of the trajectories identified in the data. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been applied to predict future ailments based on the patient's current pathology. In addition, Vicomtech has been able to create visual analysis interfaces to facilitate access to information for both clinicians and patients.
