The initiative has enabled the development of innovative systems based on conversational assistants, integrated into instant messaging platforms, with the aim of facilitating access to relevant information and optimising inventory management.
Conversational Assistant for the Logistics Sector
One of the most relevant milestones of the project has been the creation of a conversational assistant specifically designed for the logistics sector. This tool allows users to consult, in an agile and precise way, detailed information about airlines, including schedules, contacts and operational details. Thanks to a rules-based system, the wizard responds to queries efficiently, significantly reducing the time required to access information and minimising potential errors.
Industry Innovation with Open Language Assistants
Another significant advance has been the development of a wizard aimed at the industrial sector, focused on the consultation of extensive product catalogues. This system, based on open source language models such as LLaMA, allows users to filter products according to technical specifications, applications or compatibility with other references. Through dynamic interaction, the wizard asks questions to narrow the search and provide the best available option. Its ability to maintain conversation history allows it to adjust recommendations based on previous responses, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the process.
The results obtained in both applications demonstrate how artificial intelligence can simplify the consultation of large volumes of data, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient user experience. This success has been possible thanks to the collaboration between Batura Mobile Solutions and Vicomtech, entities that have contributed their expertise in the development of solutions based on AI and chatbots.
With the completion of the EROSKVIA project, its collaborators close this phase with the satisfaction of having met their objectives and with the commitment to continue exploring new ways to automate and optimize processes in key sectors of the economy.
