Abstract
CADIA project has created an intelligent WSI processing system for the Sistema Galego de Saude (Galician Regional Health System) to locate and characterize tumor regions in routinary H&E stained tissues from breast biopsies. The system classifies the regions into Fibroadenoma, Ductal Carcinoma In-Situ, Lobular Carcinoma In-Situ. Ductal Carcinoma Invasive or Lobular Carcinoma Invasive.
